THALER BERZ PARTNER Rechtsanwälte (until 2025 TSCHUDI THALER Rechtsanwälte) was established on 1 April 2014 from the merger of the two long-standing, Zurich-based law offices specialised in real estate, tenancy and construction law TSCHUDI RECHTSANWÄLTE and SIEGRIST BAUMGARTNER THALER.
